After the Chief Content Officer of HBO Max, Kevin Reilly previously told Business Insider that there's "active engagement" around getting the Harry Potter series and that it was "high on our priority list," the streaming service announced in 2020 that all eight (yes, all eight!) of the movies will be available to stream on their newly launched platform.
